Dedicated Dad: Balancing Fitness, Work, and Family Time

Coach and father to three amazing kids.
First, I get up at 4:00am to get my body moving.
Whether it’s a full workout or just a run,
I have to start the day with some movement.
Then I get my essential work done for the day.
This allows me to be fully present at breakfast with the kids.
For the rest of the day. I take some meetings,
film some content, and close out the day with some content research.
Then I usually close my day with some quality family time.
And tonight
that looks like skating around the neighborhood with the kids.
