Where are you coming from?
Berlin, Germany.
Berlin, Germany. Okay.
Getting a lot of people from Germany recently.
The neck and upper back is where it’s hurting the most.
How long you had that? For A couple of years now.
He does go to chiropractor in Germany,
but they don’t crack. Yeah,
they do. Soft tissue, though.
Make your belly into jelly.
Oh. Oh,
my god,
dude.
Good stuff. Did you feel your neck open up?
Oh, yeah.
Did you feel your upper back open up?
Yeah, was way less. Uh.
I was expecting much more pain, to be honest.
Still kicking, too.
I’ve seen you do it yourself.
Like, how often do you do it?
I do it every six to eight months.
I get one. Okay.
But initially I did four.
And that fork prevented me from getting surgery. Really?
I have a 10 millimeter hernia disc in my low back.
Uh huh. I did everything for two years. Chiropractic,
physical therapy, injections,
everything. Didn’t work until I got a ring dinger,
and then I did it. A few months of exercise at home.
Haven’t had pain, really,
for a few years now. That feels really weird.
So tall.
This is what I felt like when I was in high school
when I played basketball. I haven’t felt like that in a while.
That was intense.
Yeah. It was good, though. Really good.
Yeah, it feels awesome.
