And these are coming out pretty nicely too.
So ideally you’d want them to be a little fresher looking than this.
Okay, so you cut the top off.
Let’s cut some more.
It’s not too bad, but you are feeling a little bit of stuff around here,
which we can cut off. So this is fine. And then cut the bottom.

Alright. There’s a way to.
To conserve a lot more of your pineapple,
but it takes a lot more cutting.
We’re not doing that. Don’t at me.

cause you don’t want to cut it off like a box.
Now look at it. It’s still round.
What I do, I see the core in here
and I make my cut to either side of the core. All right?
Alright. I go the other side.
Alright. Lay It down. I still see the core.
Now then you have this part. I eat it.
Sometimes they’re gonna be tart,
sometimes they’re not gonna be that juicy.
And then you just figure out what else you wanna do with it.
Maybe it’s good for a chicken salad.
Okay.
Alright, so let’s see how this one tastes.
It’s a little juicier now.
One of the things that you can.
That indicates a really sweet fruit.
So you see how this one’s really shiny?
This is shiny. That’s the sugar coming up.
This is a little dull. If it’s shiny,
it’s probably going to be sweet and sugary.
To rate it nice. With this one,
it slices so much easier. A lot juicier.
Look at it. Look at it spinning.
That one over there, that didn’t spin. So.
That thing was so dry. I was catching up on the cutting board.
