are getting out of control
you have influencers who do this for a living
who are in tons of gear who tell you that you should look like them

what does that have to do with my worth
what does that have to do with me
someone doesn’t approve of my body
someone doesn’t think I’m fit

who are you I promise you
the drive in motivation behind loving yourself
is so much stronger than the motivation behind hating yourself
now if you wanna be a competing bodybuilder
or if you wanna be on steroids
then I guess you could be critical about yourself
and whether or not you have dick skin levels of body fat
but if you’re just someone who’s trying to exist
then just be healthy you don’t have to abide by anyone standards
take care of yourself for the sake of taking care of yourself
show up for yourself because you deserve to
not because people expect you to
when you intrinsibly show up for yourself and you make it a habit
you’ll find where that self worth is and when you see yourself differently
holding yourself up tall with confidence and swagger
now you’re seeing a completely different person
in photos and reflections
stop torturing yourself you can thrive
you just need to change what’s going on up here
