Reminds me of Catch Me If You Can.
That is what this movie was.
I loved it when I saw this back in high school
I believe. Have not rewatched it since.
I need to. This is a really good movie.

The longer the timer goes,
the clearer the poster gets.
But this blob in the blue and this for the title
reminded me a lot of Guardians of the galaxy.
