Come with me and my sister
as we go on two separate dinners with strangers.
We booked the dinner through the timeleft app,
which matched us with our own different groups.
We were pretty nervous but also super excited.
I was the first to arrive in my group
while my sister’s group already had two people waiting.
They were a total of four people in their group
and double that for mine. While waiting for food,
we remembered that there’s a game in the app that
and actually help us break the ice.
And since we were all strangers on equal footing with each other,
it was easier to be vulnerable.
So we had deeper conversations,
skipping a lot of the small talk before we left.
We all exchanged details
and I met back up with my sister with lots of stories to tell.
We just got back home from our dinner with strangers and it was so fun.
