Oh, my gosh,
we just made this high protein cookie dough cheesecake.
How amazing that looks. Oh,
my lordy, that is so good.
I have the oven currently preheating to 3:50,
so we’re gonna make our cookie dough base layer first,
and then get that in the oven.
So I’m just starting out with some more protein powder.
Next we’re gonna add our almond flour,
fourth cup of this trivia,
brown sugar, two tablespoons of our mock fruit,
and one egg. Add in our melted butter,
spoon of this vanilla extract,
a little bit of sea salt, fourth teaspoon of our baking powder,
a little bit of our maple syrup.
We’ll add in our mini chocolate chips.
Spray our muffin pan with some pan,
and then we’ll just place our cookie dough mixture in here,
add our cookie dough layer to the oven,
and then we’re gonna make our cheesecake layer.
I added our 1/3 fat cream cheese to our bowl.
I’ve been letting this sit out to get room temp.
So now we’re gonna add our Greek yogurt,
spoon of our vanilla, a little bit of our mock fruit,
our vanilla, and then we’re gonna add in one egg.
Make sure you wait to add in the eggs.
You have it all mixed together.
A little bit of our mini chocolate chip,
your cookie mixture. Cool.
So now we’re gonna add our cheesecake,
make layer on top, and then we’ll place this back in the oven.
Okay, these turned Out.
So good. And I’m so excited.
I think it’s only fitting we add a little Cool Whip on top.
I have some of our protein cookies,
so we’re gonna add this on top.
So good. And then finally,
we’ll drizzle a little bit of chocolate. Most elite combo.
