I drive so far for this, actually not that far.
It was Wilton at Mister So’s Chinese restaurant.
I was coming home from Wollongong,
detoured and got 5% off cause I paid cash.
Salt and pepper chips,
salt and pepper chicken with rice lunch special and curry sauce.
Bloody bargain came out looking a treat.
But those salt and pepper fries should be more common.
Only the second Chinese restaurant I found to do them.
Threw it all on the plate and then did what I
you know what I’m gonna do right?
Curry sauce over all of it.
Get the f over there, mix it up a bit,
eat it. I’m officially calling it the Chinese Snack Pack
or the Irish Chinese snack pack
or the bloody delicious after drink meal.
Either way, this slapped Wilton,
you have got yourself an absolute keeper
because the chicken was tender and juicy,
the fried rice was just enough and these salt and pepper chippies
divine. Probably going in my top five Irish Chinese so far.
