I’m really surprised by the number of people who Learned about the internet
today like
in the last day or year um
because they think that the internet is going to change real estate
and they are wrong but they’re a bit late
like I get that I’m probably coming across as not the most professional
in the way I’m responding to this
but how how do I like
how do you professionally explain that
the internet has existed for a long time
so no
the existence of the internet is not an entrance of new technology
that will foundationally change the way real estate is done
um
we do it online I mean
largely the listings are online
although our documents are online
uh we use e signatures and emails
like it it
it’s here it’s been done
