Potato salad absolutely sucks
unless you’re making this version.
Otherwise known as we start with four fully cooked russet potatoes,
let them cool, and then add in eight eggs.
One cup of diced pickles. Don’t use the big ones,
use the average size ones.
One can of sweet peas, one shredded chicken breast,
1 cup of Mayo, salt,
black pepper, and the juice of one lemon.
Give it a good mix, store it in the fridge and thank me later.
