The first ever W Champions Cup has started.
This epic new tournament brings together 10 of the best clubs
from North America, Central America and the Caribbean.
The group stage kicks off August 20th
and goes all the way to the final in may.
Two groups of five will be battling it out
to be the best women’s club in the region,
with each team playing two matches at home and two matches away
in August, September, and October of 2024.
Alajuelense versus Gotham FC,
San Diego Wave versus Club America Femenio,
Portland Thorns versus Santa Fe
are just some of the mouthwatering games you need to keep an eye out
and enjoy right here across all CONCACAF social platforms.
The W Champions Cup
also serves as a sole path to which clubs in the CONCACAF region
can qualify for the new FIFA Women’s Club World Cup.
