Buns of Steel: A Sweat-Inducing Workout Routine to Achieve the Perfect 🍑

so last night I went to Jake,
Johnnie, and Carrington’s “evil party”
and though I’m absolutely exhausted from partying all night
your girl is still trying to get a fat 🍑
I told all of you that I wanted to grow a fatter 🍑 this summer
and I was not playing around
but if I’m suffering you 🐩 are suffering with me
so uh
welcome to a new segment of my life that I’d like to call “suffer n’ sweat”
before I go though
I’m cracking open a Bloom sparkling energy drink
because if you think for a split second
that I’m going to the gym without any energy
you are rudely mistaken… so let’s sip and dip Mama
because there is no rest for the wicked
especially when you want a big
fat rump. when I get to the gym
I do a little warm up
I walk on the treadmill for five minutes at 4.5 miles per hour
I then do 35 push UPS and then hop on a bicycle
and initially I wasn’t a bike girly and preferred walking on an incline
but then I saw this photo
and that was all I needed to see
the man standing on the podium is a cyclist
and he’s not the only one up there rocking a fatty babe 🐩
do you guys see this?! now like
this is an 🍑 ma… like
this is what I want my 🍑 to look like
and you know what if I ride a bike
for 15 minutes to get there 🐩
😇 willing I’m doing that 💩 and nothing’s gonna stop me
and if it looks like I’m struggling
it’s because I am because I made my pedal resistance high
after riding the bike for 15 minutes
I hop off and start doing heel elevated squats
with a weighted tension band and a 30 pound dumbbell
I do 15 reps and four sets
before doing four sets and 10 reps of side step squats
with same weighted tension band
and if you wanna feel like your 🍑 is on fire
this is 110% the way to go
like this exercise makes my legs feel like jello
but you know what? my 🍑 looks plump afterwards
next up I do four sets and 12 reps of hip thrust with two 45 pound dumbbells
followed by five 30 second reps of wall sits
I then do four sets and eight reps of split squats using two 30 pound dumbbells
and again my 🍑 was on fire
after finishing up split squats
I head over to the leg curl machine and do four sets of 10 reps at 80 pounds
and babe we’re not even done yet
so if you’re following along with me
make sure to drink some water
and also take breaks in between each new leg exercise as needed

come on… next
I go into cable kickbacks and do four sets of 10 reps at 30 pounds
before going into four sets and 10 reps of cable side kicks at 10 pounds
don’t worry babe
we are almost done… once I’m done doing cable side kicks
I do four sets and 12 reps on the leg press machine at 200 pounds
and then I do four sets of 15 calf raises on an incline
using two 45 pound dumbbells
for my cooldown I then do five minutes on the rowing machine
followed by 25 push UPS and um
yeah now I’m finished

here I am back in my apartment
desperately needing a shower
