Kindle Makeover: A Personal Journey of Redecorating and Customizing

I’ve had my Kindle for two years now,
and I really love her, and I’m going to be redecorating her.
There’s nothing wrong with the case I have now.
In fact, I love it so much that I’m actually framing the art print,
which is why I’m redecorating.
I decided to go with a decal this time,
and I got it off of Decal Girl.
I designed it myself, so I went with their custom option,
and I designed it and ordered it,
and within two days, it had arrived at my door.
So, honestly,
that was amazing. This is gonna look like
I applied this really aesthetically and perfectly,
but in reality, it took me three different times in 10 minutes,
and I did cry on the third time
because I was having so much anxiety over it.
But in the end, I made sure that it was all perfectly pressed down,
and it looked exactly like I wanted it to,
and I was so happy with it.
I love this shade of blue so much.
I applied the plastic case,
and I really love this case.
It also comes with a screen protector,
but I don’t apply it as a texture girly
because it’s not the texture that I like.
I also went with a Magsafe pop socket this time,
and this pop socket is actually the whole reason for the case.
I saw the pop socket first,
and I really wanted to make a case around this.
Beautiful thing. So I am so obsessed with how it came together.
It is exactly how I envisioned it.
She is stunning. Very demure, very fishy.
