That bird…
that was just doingthat little chirping,
is a Carolina Wren
and one of myfavorite things about Carolina Wrens…
is just before sunset,
like maybe about 15 minutes to half hour before sunset
They’re partnered up(This species mate for life)
one of the Carolina Wrens will go to where they’re gonna nest [sic] (roost)for the night
and call and call and call until the other one comes home
(giggles)
Then, they willsnuggle into their little spot for the night
with their heads tucked in and their tails facing out
Look at the sky!
