Butter-Stuffed Chicken Wings: A Restaurant Trick to Remember

I Learned this trick at a restaurant.
Now I only make chicken like this.
Start by preparing one and a/2 kilos of chicken wings.
First place them in a large bowl,
then add enough water to cover everything,
one tablespoon of baking soda,
and mix very well. Once you’ve done that,
remove them from the water and dry each one well.
Now make a shallow cut right in the center of each wing,
just like I’m doing,
and fill each one with half a teaspoon of unsalted butter.
Then in a large skillet over medium to low heat,
add a drizzle of olive oil.
The chicken wings we prepared.

Oh, and thanks for sharing this video.
Cover the skillet
and let everything fry until the butter melts completely.
When that happens, turn all the chicken wings over
and let them fry on the other side for another 5 minutes.

one tablespoon of ketchup,
two tablespoons of honey,
and mix everything very well until combined.
This is the right mix.
Add all this sauce to the skillet with the wings.
Stir everything very well until combined.
