People are lining up for the amazing food at Flama Azul.
I had to see what all the hype was about.
So I started out with the bandeja paisa,
which is basically a Brazilian cheese bread.
It was a hot day. The Brazilian lemonade came in clutch.
Both refreshing and delicious.
Now here is something I did not expect to see on the menu. Salmon.
It was served alongside mashed potatoes and a Caesar salad.
And every bit of it a treat for the tongue.
Here’s a pro tip. Hit it with the chimichurri sauce.

I had a chance to try the filet Mignon and chicken breast.
Both were flavorful, juicy,
and tender as the night is long.
And the Jasmine white rice with black beans really set the sides off.
Okay, I’m gonna be honest with you.
I am still having dreams about this fresh sirloin burger.
They’re grinding their own meat and house for this thing.
This thing is a monster in stature
and a monster when it comes to taste.
