First one. And I do two cups of water,
add in your eggies. The really cool thing about these
is that your eggs are never gonna break
and they’re gonna cook perfectly every single time.
There’s like a little thing here and a little thingy here,
and you just want to just place it right on top.
You don’t really even have to click it in. And then you put these.
Lock your lid. We’re gonna do.
Or it says pressure cook. We have an egg thingy right here.
It says egg. If you don’t have that,
just do it at pressure cook high.
You just click it. I set mine for five.
Start while this baby pressure cooking.
Let’s prep the crab.
This is not the normal way that we would do our crab legs,
but for a boil, this is how we do our crab legs.
She’s very frozen.
Now you just wanna add a little bit of water for oven steaming.
That’s actually perfect. You just want, like,
a little bit of water on the bottom.
You take your heavy duty aluminum foil right on top.
This goes in the oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
She’s hissing, so she’s trying to seal.
Do you hear that? She ran.
So now it’s gonna go for five minutes.
Let her Cook. And then there’s this little button right up here, and you
flip it. And now all the steam is gonna come out.
When all the steam is gone,
it does that little click.
That’s when you open her full of ice water. You just
put them in. Am I just here for moral support?
You do it.
Go on and on. Every task you do.
And I ain’t allowed to do anything?
I’m just here. I’ve been a white bitch.
Do it. I wanna do one.
You got it. They broke.
No, it’s cracking.
Sometimes they will just crack a teeny bit. Like,
that’s fine. Steaming.
Sometimes we’ll just crack a teeny bit and that’s okay.
No, it’s fine.
It’s fine. In the bowl.
It’s fine. Oh,
my gosh. You’re on X Games mode.
I think we should make the sauce and let it just do its thing.
We’re making the sauce. I like to take my cup and put it right here.
Take my egg.
You’re gonna pull it up and there’s gonna be like a little membrane,
and that’s where you wanna go with it.
The water run in it and that shell,
it comes right off. Now,
if that doesn’t work, your eggs are probably old.
But they are all ready.
